INGREDIENTS
30ml Honest Rum
Ginger Beer
1 Passionfruit
1 Half lemon
METHOD
Pour 30ml of Rum over ice in a tall or short glass, squeeze lemon and scrape in half the passionfruit and stir. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with the second half of passionfruit.
