  • 60mls 1800 Coconut
  • 30mls Cointreau
  • 60mls Fresh Lime Juice
  • 60ml Ceres Tinned Coconut Cream
  • Handful of Ice
  • Salt for rim
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Chilli Flakes


  1. Begin with a glass.
  2. Pour the 1800 coconut tequila, cointreau, lime juice, coconut cream and ice into a blender
  3. Blitz together
  4. Rim the glass with lime and dip in salt and desiccated coconut
  5. Add a good pinch of chilli flakes to make it spicy
