This twist on a whisky sour is best sipped on in front of an open fire, perfect for cold wintery nights ahead.
INGREDIENTS | Serves 1
45ml Johnnie Walker Red Rye whisky
30ml lemon juice
15ml Crawley’s Spiced Honey & Apple Syrup
1 egg white
Whole nutmeg, grated
Combine whisky, lemon juice, syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake. Add ice to the shaker. Shake well and strain into a Double Rocks glass. Add ice to glass and garnish with nutmeg and apple.
