Cocktail Hour : Caipirinha

It’s Friday, need we say more?!

Cocktail Hour : Caipirinha

You can get pretty fancy with a Caipirinha, but we’re guna break it down for you. There’s no point deterring you from cocktails with hundreds of ingredients, when you can pretty much make the real deal with just a handful. Moral of the story = simple is delish.

The hero of this drink is the Cachaça, a Brazilian spirit made from cane sugar. Not a base you would use a whole heap, so if by some reason you don’t have a bottle of this on hand, you can always sub it in with some white rum, who is cachaça’s close cousin. Quick fact – rum is made from sugar molasses, so not as fresh but pretty similar!

This super fresh delight could be made while wearing a blind fold and can literally be made in 3 easy steps ~ enjoy!
