As most people do, we’ve vowed to eat healthier and exercise more this year. However, sometimes jammed packed mornings can make it hard to get the nutrients you need to kick start your day on the right foot. We just had to share it with you!
*Note, you can substitue blueberries for strawberries or raspberries

What you’ll need (makes 2 smoothies)
- ½ ripe banana
- ¼ cup fresh organic blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen organic blueberries
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup milk
- Whipped cream and granola for topping (we substituted the whipped cream with a dollop of yogurt instead)
Smoothies have to be among some of our favourite snacks/meals/beverages due to their simplicity! This is SUPER easy to make. Just combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Garnish with yogurt, granola and some fresh blueberries.
