What was the Inspiration to the collection?
The new Blacklist collection Modern Romantic is all about the love for monochrome, truth, beauty, nature and romance. The simplicity of love and the pursuit of being free.

Where are you based?
We are based in Sydney.

Tell us a little about your workroom?
We have a warehouse with a large upstairs office space 5 minutes from the beach. We are always creating, drawing, writing and working hard!

Where do you turn for creative inspiration?
We always love looking at trends, whether in fashion, music, the arts….. We are also constantly inspired by the things around us, the beauty of nature and working in original elements into our work.

What are you favourite pieces from the range?
We love all the new stationery pieces, the new notepads and pocket notebooks making day to list making much easier. Our new Art Prints are always a stand out too. We love to new “Free” print with black paint strokes and gold foil typography.

Where are you heading for your summer break?
You’ll find us at the beach! Either in Sydney, down the south coast or overseas, we don’t mind. As long as the days are spent with our family and friends in the sun, that’s all we need.
